2 chickens
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion grated
1 bell pepper (chopped)
2 stalks celery (chopped)
8 oz. sharp Cheddar
1 pkg. Doritos
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes (chopped)

Boil and debone chicken. Layer - mix soups and tomatoes together with pepper, onions and celery. Layer Doritos, chicken soup mixture, and cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
