RHUBARB SURPRISE PIE 
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg (beaten)
2 tbsp. milk
3 c. diced raw rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) strawberry flavored Jello
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Sift together 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter, add egg and milk, mix. Press into a greased 9 inch pie plate, arrange rhubarb in pie shell. Sprinkle with Jello. Combine remaining ingredients, sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
