8 oz. pecan pieces
1 can cherry pie filling
2 (No. 2) cans crushed pineapple
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter

Dump in a greased 9 x 12-inch baking pan in the order listed, covering the top with dots of butter.
