PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans chunk pineapple, drained
6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Grease 2 quart casserole and mix above ingredients. Pour into casserole. Put enough crushed Ritz crackers to top casserole and spread 1 stick of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
