PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans pineapple (1 chunky & 1 crushed)
6 tbsp. plain flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. sharp, grated cheese

Mix together and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Crush one roll Townhouse crackers and sprinkle on top. Pour one stick melted butter over mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. (Very good served with pork.)
