CHICKEN - MAC CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder, if desired

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together all ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover; bake 1 hour. (4-6 servings.)
