CHICKEN AND MAC CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chicken (cooked and cubed)
4 oz. can mushrooms (drained)
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour.
