LASAGNA ROLL UPS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook and drain lasagna noodles. Brown ground beef and drain. Add thawed and drained spinach, both cheeses, and salt. Also add about a cup of sauce to mix. Spread spoonful of meat mixture on each noodle; roll up and arrange seam side down in shallow casserole. Pour remaining sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
