3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipped cream
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of salt
2 c. flour

Beat eggs, add sugar and whipped cream. Mix well. Add flour and nutmeg; mix. Batter will be stiff. Bake in krum kake iron. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
