SAUSAGE STUFFING 
8 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. ground carrot
1/2 lb. pork sausage
2 sm. onions, ground
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix bread crumbs, eggs, carrot and onion with sausage, beef and seasonings. Pour in mushroom soup and blend thoroughly. Use to stuff body cavity of any bird weighting 10 pounds or less. Double the recipe for a large turkey.
