GRASSHOPPER PIE 
16 chocolate creme filled cookies
5 tbsp. melted butter
25 lg. marshmallows
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. creme de menthe
1 tbsp. creme de cocoa
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Crush cookies and blend in butter. Line a 9-inch pie pan with crumbs. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping. Chill. Melt marshmallows in milk; cool. Add creme de menthe and creme de cocoa and fold in whipped cream. Turn into crust and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill 24 hours.
