OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 1/2 lbs. stew meat (chopped coarse)
5 potatoes, peel & chopped coarse
6 carrots, peel & chopped coarse
2 onions, chopped coarse
3 celery stalks, chopped coarse
1 can green beans & liquid
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or 1 can tomatoes
4 tbsp. tapioca
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. burgundy wine
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms

Throw all in pot, cover with water and lid. Cook 6 hours at 250 degrees. Serves 8+.
