SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour

Combine beef, pork, bread crumbs, sour cream, egg, onion, allspice, pepper and salt; mix well and shape into about 35 small balls. Brown slowly in butter. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove meatballs.

Mix sour cream and flour until smooth. Stir briskly into liquid in pan over moderately low heat, stirring until thickened. Add meat balls and heat gently.
