HOLIDAY APRICOT GLAZE 
1/2 c. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tbsp. bourbon

In small saucepan over medium heat stir apricot preserves, salt and butter until butter melts and mixture is blended. Remove from heat, stir in bourbon. During last half hour of roasting baste turkey occasionally with mixture. Remove from oven and baste once more with glaze before serving.

Also delicious on chicken, duck, and roast pork.
