ITALIAN SAUSAGE SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. mild (sweet) Italian sausage
2 garlic cloves
2 lg. onions (chopped)
1 lg. can Italian style tomatoes
3 cans beef broth
1 1/2 c. red wine
1/2 tsp. basil
3 tbsp. parsley
1 green pepper (chopped)
2 sm. zucchini (sliced)
3 c. bow noodles
Fresh Parmesan cheese

Slice sausage; brown; remove from pan. Saute onions and garlic in same pan. In large soup pot add above to tomatoes, beef broth, wine, basil, parsley. Simmer 30 minutes; chill. Remove fat from chilled mixture; reheat; add pepper, zucchini and noodles. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
