2/3 c. light syrup
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. cream

Cook syrup, butter and sugar to soft ball stage. Add cream and vanilla. Blend in well and cool. Makes 3 cups.
