BAKED BEAN MEDLEY | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 c. chopped onion 2 (31 oz.) cans pork and beans 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans 1 (15 oz.) can lima beans 3/4 lb. bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar 3 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. Liquid Smoke (optional) Cook and drain ground beef and onion. Drain one can of pork and beans, kidney beans, red beans and lima beans. In a Dutch oven add all of the beans, bacon, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, liquid smoke, salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 24. |
