SPICED CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. (4 c.) fresh cranberries
2 apples, peeled and cored
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger

Coarsely chop cranberries and apples or put them in a blender. Add pineapple and spices; blend again. Chill before serving. This can be made up to 48 hours before serving. This extra time allows flavors to mesh.

1 serving (2 tablespoons) = free food; 12 calories.
