SPEEDY CORN RELISH | |
1/3 c. prepared French dressing 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. coarsely chopped green pepper 1 stalk celery, sliced 1 slice onion 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped pimiento 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn, drained Chop all ingredients, except corn, 15 seconds. Pour over corn and toss to mix. Turn into pint jar or refrigerator container and refrigerate several days to that flavors can blend. Makes about 1 pint. |
