CHOCOLATE NUT PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. white corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. bourbon

Cream butter and sugar together. Stir in other ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serve topped with whipped cream.
