CORNMEAL BREAD 
2 c. hot water
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. cornmeal (white or yellow)

Soak all above ingredients about 20 minutes.

8 c. all-purpose or bread flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. active dry yeast

Mix flour and yeast together. When cornmeal mixture is warm, add to the beaten eggs, milk, water mixture. Then add to flour and yeast and mix until smooth. Knead for 8-10 minutes.

Place in well-oiled bowl and let rise until doubled. Punch down; divide into loaves. Place in 9x5 bread pans. Let rise again until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
