KOSHER DILL PICKLES 
1/2 c. salt (uniodized)
4 c. vinegar
4 c. water
5 sterilized quart jars

Wash cucumbers and slice to fill 5 quart jars. To each jar add: 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 2 cloves garlic, and 1 teaspoon dill seed. Bring sauce to a boil. Pour into jars and seal.
