ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
2 c. zucchini, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped and sauteed 2 c. grated carrots Cook the zucchini and carrots in 1 cup chicken broth plus 2 chicken bouillon cubes. Add onions, 1 stick butter and 1 small carton sour cream. Mix in lightly 1 box Stove Top chicken dressing. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. It freezes well before cooking. |
