BROWN RICE 
1 c. white long grain rice (uncooked)
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef stock
1/2 stick butter

Spray 1 1/2 quart size casserole dish with Pam. Mix rice and soup in dish and dot with butter. Bake uncovered approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed at 325 degrees. This may be doubled and may be cooked in the microwave (follow microwave directions for cooking rice). Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
