7 LAYER MEXICAN DIP 
Layer as follows:

1st Layer:

1 (9 oz.) Frito Lay bean dip

2nd Layer (optional) :

3 avocados, sliced & minced

Sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic salt.

3rd Layer:

Mix ahead:

8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

4th Layer:

1 can chopped black olives

5th Layer:

2 bunches scallions, chopped

6th Layer:

3 tomatoes, chopped

7th Layer:

2 cans green chilies, chopped

Sprinkle a thin layer of shredded Cheddar cheese over top. Serve with tortilla chips.
