ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. ice cream
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) jar caramel

Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, nuts and butter. Spread mixture on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool mixture and crumble. Spread 1/2 of crumble on bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Drizzle 1/2 of caramel over crumble. Put ice cream over this. Drizzle remaining caramel over ice cream and then cover with remaining crumble. Freeze. Let stand 10 minutes prior to serving.
