CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE | |
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tbsp. sugar 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese pkgs. 3/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Melted chocolate Fresh strawberries Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1 tablespoon sugar and pat into 9 inch springform pan. Combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa, vanilla and eggs. Mix until creamy. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes. Increase oven to 425 degrees. Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled cheesecake and return to oven. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. Remove rim and chill. Drizzle with melted chocolate and decorate with fresh strawberries before serving. |
