BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
5 c. milk
6 oz. Velveeta
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. chicken base

Cook broccoli and onion in water until tender. In a large saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour. Add milk and stir continuously until it starts to thicken. Add cubed Velveeta, stirring until melted. Stir in broccoli mixture and seasonings. Stir until blended. Serve.
