PORK CHOPS DELUXE 
4 butterfly pork chops
1 can consomme
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten

Dip pork chops in egg, then in crumbs. Place chops in large buttered baking dish. Top with bits of butter and brown under broiler. Remove from broiler and cover with consomme. Cover and cook in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Note: The broiling makes the difference!

I didn't have consommé, so I used a ham stock cube and it was excellent. Not easy to find the ham stock though
