PEANUT CLUSTERS 
1 lb. vanilla almond bark (use 9 blocks)
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
2 lbs. Spanish peanuts with skins

Use an electric skillet, put a towel in the bottom of the skillet and fill the skillet half way with water and heat to 250 degrees. Then put a glass bowl in the water and put the almond bark in and melt it. Then add the chocolate chips until melted. Remove the bowl and add the peanuts. Drop onto wax paper or foil. Will make 5 or 6 dozen of clusters.
