CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
1/4 c. oil
1 c. onion, chopped
4 c. chicken, diced
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can chow mein vegetables
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Combine oil, onion, chicken, broth, green pepper, and celery. Cool for a few minutes; add remaining ingredients, heat thoroughly.
