ORANGE CARAMEL CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in order given with mixer. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. After removing from oven, punch holes with fork all over top of cake, making sure fork touches bottom of pan. Spoon Caramel Icing over cake.

CARAMEL ICING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. sweet milk
6 tbsp. butter (oleo)

Bring above ingredients to a boil. Spoon over cake after it comes from the oven and holes have been punched in cake.
