BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Put milk and sugar in pan and heat until sugar is dissolved. I usually refrigerate it until cool. Cream butter and shortening until fluffy. Add flavoring and then milk mixture slowly.
