BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. butter
5 to 6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine powdered sugar and cocoa. Cream butter with 1/2 cocoa. Alternately add cocoa and milk. Beat. Stir in vanilla. For glossier look, add 1 tablespoons corn syrup. To make light colored frosting, use only 1/2 cup cocoa.
