PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
2 cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 bell pepper (optional)
1 c. raw rice
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pimento (optional)
1 tsp. basil
1 1/2 c. water

Saute onions, celery and peppers. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
