POTATO CHIP COOKIES | |
1 lb. soft butter or Parkay 1 c. sugar 3 1/4 c. flour, sifted 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. finely crushed potato chips Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour and vanilla until blended. Fold in crushed chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes in 300 degree oven. |
