REFRIED BEANS 
2 cans pinto beans (I use Trappey's)
3 slices bacon
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry bacon until very crisp. Remove and drain, then crumble and set aside. Add flour to the bacon grease and cook until medium brown in color. Add beans and about 1/2 cup of water. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes until beans are heated through. Use a potato masher and mash beans thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. To serve: Put beans in a serving bowl and sprinkle bacon on top. Serves 3-4.
