TACO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. dried onions
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can water
2 dried hot peppers, cleaned and chopped
2 tbsp. Mexica chile powder
1 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. garlic powder
5 corn tortillas
Grated cheese

Brown and drain beef, add all remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese. chop tortillas and fry crisp. Sprinkle tortillas and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
