COFFEE CAPPUCCINO 
2 c. hot double-strength coffee
2 c. hot milk
1 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Whipped cream, sweetened
Nutmeg

Combine coffee, milk, sugar, orange juice concentrate, orange peel, cinnamon. Heat to serving temperature. Pour through strainer into serving pot. Top each cup with a spoonful of whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg. 1 quart.
