CRANBERRY SALSA 
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 whole jalapeno, minced, seeds and all
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
red onion, minced (about half of a med. onion)
1 tbsp. lime juice

Mix all together and allow to sit for at least 1 hour before serving for flavors to marry.

Excellent with turkey, pork, chicken or beef. I serve it all summer long with BBQ's as well as at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
