ICE CREAM PIE 
1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. marshmallow creme
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies

Melt butter in a large skillet. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme. Quickly add rice cereal and mix until coated.

Press into buttered pie plate, building up the edges. Chill until firm, about 45 minutes. Fill with ice cream and freeze until firm. Will keep several days in freezer.
