A VERY QUICK SOUP 
5 pts. water
2 pkgs. chicken flavored Ramen noodles
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can deboned chicken
1/2 c. parsley flakes
2/3 stick butter

Break up the noodles as indicated on package; remove the seasoning packs from noodle packages. Place everything except noodles in pot and start cooking. When the water starts boiling rapidly, place the noodles into the pot and boil for 6 minutes.

NOTE: The Rotel tomatoes are peppery hot. You may want to drain the juice or use other type of tomatoes.
