ITALIAN EGG BISCUITS 
4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 eggs +2 drops yellow food coloring
1 tsp. lemon flavor
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. oil
6 tsp. baking powder

In a large bowl by hand beat eggs, add sugar, oil, flavorings and milk until smooth. Add flour and baking powder. If dough is too soft to roll into balls, add more flour but just enough to make dough easy to handle. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes about 50 cookies.

Frost tops using 1 teaspoon butter, 2 cups confectioners sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon flavor and enough milk to make frosting spreadable.
