ITALIAN EGG BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Place flour and dry ingredients in large bowl. Make well in the center. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well gradually mixing in the surrounding flour. Add only enough additional flour to make the dough workable (not too sticky and not too dry). Shape and bake on greased baking sheet until slightly colored. (Bake at 350 degrees.)
