LEMON HERB GRILLED CHICKEN 
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. sweet basil
2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic power

Place chicken in heavy plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Broil or grill chicken 15-20 minutes per side. Baste often with marinade.

To shortening marinating time, place chicken and marinade in 8x12 inch dish. Microwave, covered on high 10 minutes. Grill 8-10 minutes per side. 4-6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
