GRILLED LEMON HERBED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parsley
6 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in saucepan. Heat until butter melts. Marinate for 20 minutes. Grill chicken skin side up for 45-60 minutes turning and basting with sauce every 10 minutes until fork tender. Yield: 6 servings.
