COCOONS 
1/2 lb. butter
4 tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour, sifted
2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and then mix in pecans and vanilla. roll into small oblong balls (size of a cocoon). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
