SWEET AND SOUR WILD MEAT 
Deer steaks or roast
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. vinegar

Brown steaks in oil, place in oven or roaster. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread over steaks, cover. Bake steaks at 400 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. Pour sauce over steaks, baste frequently while baking.
