CLAM DIP 
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced dried onion
12 oz. minced chopped clams, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

NOTE: 1/4 cup minced chives may be used instead of onion.

Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 2 minutes, turning after 1 minute. Stir in all other ingredients and cover. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring in mid-cycle. Stir and let sit 10 minutes. Serve with crackers, dip chips or pork rinds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
