FLUFFY FRUIT SALAD 
2 tbsp. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. water

Soften 5 minutes. 2 tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. cream, whipped 1 1/2 c. grated American cheese

Heat juices and sugar. Add soaked gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cream, pineapple and cheese. Pour in mold and chill. (1 cup chopped nuts may be added if desired.)
